At the end of 2009 OtterBox has discontinued their entire line of iPod Cases.   This includes the Impact Series, Defender Series and the waterproof Armor Series . Our customers are already calling looking for cases and to their disappointment our inventory has been depleted. Everyone wants their OtterBox Case and with the manufacturer stepping our of the picture in 2010 it will be interesting to see which company steps up to fill the void. We have confirmation that OtterBox has officially discontinued all iPod and itouch cases. This includes all OtterBox Defender Series, Impact Series and lastly all Waterproof Armor Series Cases. DryPodsOnline has been flooded with call by customers still in search of these cases and those voicing their opinions about the disappearance of this great product line.

Right now DryPodsOnline has a limited supply but from what our customers say we have a better supply than most. Supplies are LIMITED so those that are getting an iPod for the holidays or those that are just looking for a great case to protect their iPod investment act quickly.

The Best iPhone 3GS Cases

With the introduction of the new iPhone 3GS AT&T sales have gone through the roof. Customers are updating their phone to join the iPhone Nation and with that have come a demand for new iPhone cases. Few of the major companies have had something ready to go and even fewer are what we would consider a quality case for your most precious phone.   As with the previous version of the iPhone, DryPodsOnline has always stood behind OtterBox as being the best manufacturer for case quality and ultimate protection for your iPhone.

OtterBox has designed 2 styles of case which should work for just about everyone out there on the market.    For those looking to be a minimalist the OtterBox Impact Series case is the perfect solution. This silicone armor is almost a skin like case but every corner of the case has a “buffer zone” that has been designed to protect your phone from drops and bangs to the edges.   Most people who have selected to use this case will immediately notice that in comparison to the other OtterBox cases the Impact Series lacks a protective layer over the screen. While for most this is not ideal it is easily remedied with the purchase of a simple screen protector.
